Apple AirPlay in hotel rooms delayed until 2024
Apple today updated the iOS 17 page on its website to indicate that its AirPlay feature for hotel room TVs has been delayed until next year
Apple has officially updated its iOS 17 site with a disclaimer that the hotel AirPlay experience is “Coming in an update in 2024.”
When AirPlay for hotel rooms does launch, it will be available only in select hotels at first. It will probably take quite a long time before you can reliably expect most hotels at which you stay to feature AirPlay connectivity.
