In an interview with Skift, she pinpoints a few areas for reform, like
- more experimentation in luxury hotels, driven by asking what consumers really want;
- revenue management is so critical that I believe that a revenue manager should be a member of the executive committee;
- reform how hotel salespeople are incentivized, too. She said that sales quotas are often too loose.
