According to UN Tourism's latest *World Tourism Barometer*, an estimated 1.4 billion international tourists will travel in 2024, signaling a near-complete recovery (99%) of pre-pandemic levels. This represents an increase of 11% over 2023, with 140 million more tourist arrivals, driven by robust post-pandemic demand, strong performance from key source markets, and continued recovery of destinations in Asia and the Pacific.
