Marriott enhances SME business platform with loyalty benefits

The company now offers new ways to earn loyalty status through Business Access by Marriott Bonvoy, its new platform for small and midsize businesses

Launched in July, Marriott's Business Access is built on Spotnana's technology platform and offers SME customers a booking solution with air, rail and car rental options, as well as expense reporting tools and loyalty rewards. Marriott reported that the program "achieved four times the expected number of accounts in its first year.
