Most corporates now using AI to manage business travel
Nearly 70% of companies are using traditional AI and other "new technology" to manage some aspects of business travel
The results, which are part of the latest Amex Trendex report on corporate travel, are based on responses from 501 people responsible for making decisions about their company's business travel programs.

- Two-fifths of respondents said they are now using AI to give them visibility on whether employee expenses are complying with company policy, according to Amex;
- Around two-thirds of respondents in the survey said safety and security was a top concern when using AI-based solutions for business travel. This was more than 10 percentage points higher than other factors, such as functionality (56%), training (53%) and the cost of the AI solution (53%).
