The Group's performance in the third quarter showed positive momentum, driven by a 1% increase in room nights and a 5% increase in average daily rate (ADR), marking the eighth consecutive quarter of growth. Cendyn and Amadeus' Hospitality Group and Business Performance Index, which integrates sales and hotel booking data, provides a comprehensive perspective on the key drivers of hotel performance.

The third quarter of 2024 showed a robust performance in the group business segment. According to the Cendyn and Amadeus index, the overall health metric reached 107.9% year-over-year, its highest level in four quarters, as reported on Wednesday;

Among the top 25 markets analyzed in the index, Houston, New Orleans and Chicago stood out with the highest overall health scores, posting year-over-year growth rates of 120%, 118% and 114.8%, respectively. Notably, all markets except San Francisco achieved health scores above 100%;
