STR: U.S. September hotel rates rise, occupancy slips YOY

The U.S. hotel industry reported higher performance results from the previous month, according to September 2023

Average revenue per available room and daily rates among U.S. hotels in September increased year over year, while occupancy slipped, according to hotel analytics firm STR. RevPAR, ADR and occupancy, however, all increased month over month.
