The U.S. hotel industry reported mixed performance results from the previous month, according to September 2024 data from CoStar. CoStar is a leading provider of online real estate marketplaces, information, and analytics in the property markets.

September 2024 (percentage change from September 2023):

  • Occupancy: 64.6% (-2.5%)
  • Average daily rate (ADR): $162.63 (+1.2%)
  • Revenue per available room (RevPAR): $105.04 (-1.3%)
